By accessing or using our website, making a payment, signing a contract, confirming through email or message, or receiving services from The Million Digital, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, stop using our website and services immediately.


2. Scope of Services

The Million Digital provides digital marketing services, which may iinclude:

  • Social media management

  • Lead generation

  • Meta ads management

  • Website and landing page design

  • Go High Level (GHL) CRM and automation setup

  • Branding, content creation, and design work

  • One-time creative and technical projects

  • Monthly subscription-based services

We may update or modify services at any time.

3. Service Types

Monthly Services
Includes ongoing work such as SMM, ads, CRM automation, and lead generation.

  • Renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled.

  • Must be paid in full before the next cycle begins.

  • Work pauses automatically if payment is not received.

One-Time Projects
Includes websites, branding, landing pages, funnels, and similar deliverables.

  • Require upfront payment (50% to 100%).

  • Follow a project timeline based on provided requirements.

  • Additional work or revisions beyond the agreed scope require new billing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information, assets, and access needed to complete the service.

  • Approve materials or provide feedback in a timely manner.

  • Supply required access (GHL, Meta Business Manager, domains, hosting, social media accounts).

  • Use services responsibly and legally.

Delays caused by late communication, missing access, or incomplete information are the client’s responsibility.

5. Payments, Billing & Refunds

  • All payments must be made upfront unless stated otherwise in writing.

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the cycle begins.

  • One-time projects are non-refundable once work has started.

  • No refunds for unused or partial service periods.

  • Payments must be made before work continues.

  • Late payments beyond 7 days will pause all services.

  • Reactivation requires full payment of outstanding balances.

  • Chargebacks or disputes without prior communication result in immediate termination.

6. Revisions & Additional Work

Revisions are limited to the number stated in your plan or project proposal.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Monthly clients receive revisions only within the scope of their plan.

  • One-time project clients receive up to two revision rounds.

  • Any extra revisions, new concepts, or added features will be billed separately.

7. Timelines & Delivery

Timelines depend on:

  • Client responsiveness

  • Access provided

  • Approvals

  • Workload and complexity

We strive to meet agreed-upon deadlines but are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Client inaction

  • Third-party platform downtime

  • Technical issues outside our control

8. No Guarantee of Results

The Million Digital does not guarantee specific outcomes, including:

  • Number of leads

  • Lead quality

  • Revenue increase

  • Social media growth

  • Decrease in ad cost per lead

  • Account approvals or ad approvals

  • Performance of any digital marketing campaign

Marketing results vary based on budgets, market conditions, competition, algorithms, and client-side decisions.

9. Confidentiality & Account Access

We protect client information and access credentials.

Clients understand:

  • They must provide correct access to accounts.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by weak passwords, shared access, or third-party breaches.

  • Access must be removed by the client after project completion if desired.

  • We do not share client access with external parties without permission.

10. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content on our website and all internal templates, systems, and processes remain the property of The Million Digital.

Client Deliverables:

  • Completed deliverables belong to the client only after full payment is received.

  • Raw design files, raw footage, project files, templates, and working files remain our property unless agreed in writing.

  • We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

11. Third-Party Tools & Fees

Clients are responsible for fees related to:

  • Meta ad budgets

  • Software such as GHL

  • Email hosting

  • Domains and DNS

  • Website hosting

  • Premium assets or subscriptions unless included in their plan

We are not responsible for outages, rejection, or errors caused by third-party platforms.

12. Platform Policies & Account Status

We are not liable for:

  • Ad account bans

  • Disapproved ads

  • Restricted domains

  • Meta or Google policy enforcement

  • GHL system downtime

  • Loss of access due to platform changes

13. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are late

  • The client is disrespectful or abusive

  • The client violates any platform’s policies

  • The client misuses tools or access

Clients may cancel services at any time.
Work already completed will not be refunded.

All outstanding balances must be paid before final files or deliverables are released.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes must first go through mediation before legal action.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services means you accept the updated version.
